Can I get a tax invoice or cash receipt for a Korean-store order?

For a tax invoice (세금계산서) on a Layer Store Korea purchase, email support@layerlab.io with the order number and business registration number after purchase.

Cash-receipt handling depends on the payment method and the receipt options provided by Toss Payments. Check the payment receipt first; if the required document is not available, send the order number and payment method to support for confirmation. Do not assume that a tax invoice and a cash receipt are issued together for the same transaction.
