I purchased from itch.io but some preview images/files are missing. What do I do?

Compare the downloaded archive with the package contents and version described on the current itch.io product page. Preview compositions may combine several included sprites and are not always supplied as separate flattened files. Re-download the latest archive from your itch.io library before reporting a problem.

If a file explicitly listed as included is missing, email support@layerlab.io with the purchase email or receipt, product URL, downloaded archive/version, and the exact expected file path. Never send your password. Support will verify the package and listing, then correct the archive or product description if needed.
