Can I use the purchased assets for commercial purposes?
Yes. Assets purchased directly from Layer Store may be used in commercial and non-commercial games, apps, animations, and other digital projects, and may be modified for use in those projects.
The standard direct-store license prohibits redistributing or reselling original or modified asset files, sublicensing the assets, physical-product use, NFT/blockchain/metaverse use, and using the assets for AI or machine-learning training or AI-generated promotions without prior written approval. Direct-store licenses allow up to five team members per purchased quantity.
If you purchased through Unity Asset Store, Fab, itch.io, or another marketplace, that marketplace's license at the time of purchase applies and may differ. Check the order and product page rather than assuming the direct-store license applies.
