I own Casual Character 1 or 2. Can I upgrade to the new Casual Character pack?

Legacy Casual Character 1/2, the combined Casual Character product, and 3D Characters Pro - Casual are not interchangeable product licenses. Pro - Casual is a separate edition with a different structure and is not an automatic upgrade from the legacy packs.

Upgrade or bundle pricing depends on the marketplace, purchase date, and current campaign. Do not repurchase based only on an old thumbnail or product name. Send the marketplace name, original invoice or order number, and exact product title to support@layerlab.io so the current eligibility can be checked before purchase.
